¶ Cluster At a Glance
- 7 nodes: 3 control-plane servers + 4 amd64 worker VMs
- Workloads: 35+ application namespaces, 6 infrastructure namespaces
- Storage: ~442 GiB Longhorn usable (2 replicas, 3 agents); 19TB NAS via NFS
- TLS: Let's Encrypt wildcard via cert-manager + Route53 DNS-01
- CI/CD: Self-hosted GitHub Actions runners (ARC runner scale sets, k3s-runner-v2)
- Registry: Harbor (primary) — all new services; AWS ECR (legacy only)
- Identity: Authentik SSO — OIDC federation with Google OAuth2
- Monitoring: Full Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/AlertManager stack + AI alert responder
- Domain:
